Epitope Matching Made Simple

Our interface allows you to quickly evaluate PIRCHE score sums as described in the literature. However, if you want to dive into the details of your match result, it is all there and just one click away. The Presentation Heatmap shows you exactly which locus is predicted to present peptides coming from particular mismatches, giving you more context of your results. You prefer a structured output format? The Presentation Table lists all information that was generated in the calculation. You want to evaluate these details systematically in your own statistics? No worries – you can export all of this data into a CSV file.

Define Individual Thresholds

Every patient is different. We think thresholds should account for that. Our Solid Organ Transplant Risk Profile provides you with epitope mismatch probabilities: Thousands of virtual genotypes are matched with your patient and aggregated based on population frequencies. The resulting joint epitope compatibility allows you to define individual thresholds for each patient with ease.

Unacceptable Mismatches in One Spot

The PIRCHE Risk and Acceptable Mismatch Profile provides you insights for every potentially mismatched allele, so you can evaluate each allele’s impact on the overall PIRCHE score. Allele frequencies help you in estimating frequent high-risk alleles. Import mean fluourescence intensities of your single antigen bead assays to overlay PIRCHE and MFI in a single bar chart. Select forbidden mismatch alleles and immediately see the impact on average epitope match grades and donor frequency. Never has it been easier to define unacceptable mismatches

Limits for Your Donor Search

The HSCT Search Profile is capable of matching 9/10 matched unrelated virtual donors with your patient. This information can guide your donor search by knowing the limits of minimal PIRCHE scores to be expected in a certain population. So you better know, if you may want to search for a specific mismatch-donor in other registries.
